Return Policy

At Sportiva, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return policy. This means you have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your package.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Please note that some items cannot be returned, including socks and any items designated as non-returnable. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchange Policy


If you ordered an item online but need a different size or wish to exchange it for another item, here’s how you can handle exchanges with us:

  1.    Exchanging for a Different Size: If you need a different size, you can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your item. 
    2.    Exchanging for a Different Item: If you’d like to exchange your item for something else, you can do so within 3 days. If the new item costs more than your original purchase, you will need to pay the difference.

How to Request an Exchange

  •    We will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item and arrange for the new item to be sent to you.
    •    You will cover the cost of shipping for the exchange.

Exclusions
•    Please note that certain items, such as socks and items marked as non-returnable, cannot be exchanged.
•    Sale items are also excluded from exchanges.
